BAILEY - A 37-year old Bailey man is charged with killing his father after an incident at the family home May 23, three days after his mother was put to rest.
Brandon Charles Earp of Liles Road is charged with felony first degree murder concerning the death of 63-year-old Charles Dewey Earp.
According to a May 24 press release from the Nash County Sheriff's Office, deputies were called to 9454 Liles Road in Bailey on May 23rd to do a welfare check on the elder Earp.
