ROCKY MOUNT - Samuel David Ashe, 83, passed away Friday November 15, 2013. He was born January 7, 1930 in Selma, Va. to the late John Floyd and Minnie Evelyn Gibson Ashe.
He is survived by his wife, Hilda Alice Ashe, daughter, Patricia Ann Dunivan and husband Ralph, son, Richard Perrin Ashe and wife Betty, son Langley David Ashe and wife Angela Frances, daughter, Pamela Lynn Johnson and husband Charles Samuel, sister, Mildred “Polly” Bryant, six grandchildren and eleven great- grandchildren.
Funeral Service were held  Monday, November 18 at Cornerstone Funeral Home in the Chapel at 2 p.m.
