Theodore Alfred Chadwick, Jr., 68, passed away Wednesday, January 1, 2014. He was born March 14, 1945 in Nash County to the late Theodore Chadwick, Sr., and Nellie Brown Chadwick. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his loving wife, Linda Chadwick.
He is survived by two daughters; Angela Andrews and fiancé James Skinner, Amy C. Pollack and husband Scott, two grandchildren; brother, Stephen Chadwick and wife Judy.
A memorial service was held Saturday, January 4, 2013 in the Chapel of Cornerstone Funeral Home with the Rev. Ronnie Flood officiating.
