Spring Hope –– Sue B. Woodard, age 78, passed away Wednesday, May 21, 2014.  She was born  in 1935 in Johnston County to the late James P. and Lillie Cockrell Boykin.
A memorial service was conducted Saturday, May 24, 2014  with Rev. Kevin Moore officiating. 
She is survived by husband Joe Woodard of the home; two sons, Paul Woodard and wife Natalie of Danville, Calif. and Richard “Rich” Woodard of Nashville; sister, Margie Edgerton of Newport News, Va. and three  grandchildren.
