Charlotte Bailey MacRae, 97, passed away on Sunday, September 14, 2014. Born in Plymouth, NC, she was the daughter of the late I.B. Gailey and Kate Loane Bailey.
She was preceded in death by her husband of fifty-nine years, Jack MacRae and her sister, Kate B. Percival.
Survivors include cousins Corrine Dorsey of Scottsville, VA and Bettie Bizier of Winter Park, FL.
A memorial service to remember Charlotte will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, September 19, 2014 at The Church of the Good Shepherd, 231 N. Church Street, Rocky Mount with Rector Matthew Johnson officiating.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests that donations be made to the Choir Fund at The Church of the Good Shepherd, 231 N. Church Street, Rocky Mount, NC.
