Ella M. Arrington, 85, of Rocky Mount, passed away on Tuesday, December 13, 2016.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 16, 2016 at 12 p.m. from the St. John Baptist Church with the Rev. Herbert Scott officiating. Burial will follow in the New St. John Church Cemetery.
Survivors include eight daughters, Katherine Strickland and her husband, James, of Chesapeake, VA, Bettie Knight, of Nashville, Patricia Stample, of Nashville, Helen Stokes, of Rocky Mount, Brenda Whitaker and her husband, Tyrone, of Rocky Mount, Carrie Edwards and her husband, Ernest, of Nashville, Catherine Lewis, of Nashville and Martha Hill and her husband, Trever, of Rocky Mount; one sister, Dorothy Cameron and her husband, Richard, of Rocky Mount; one brother, Joseph Hunter, of Battleboro; 19 grandchildren; 30 great grandchildren; and 10 great great grandchildren.
Wake services will be held at Richardson Funeral Home in Nashville on Thursday, December 15, 2016 from 6 until 7 p.m.
