Doris Rae Arrington, 63, of Rocky Mount, passed away on Saturday, December 24, 2016.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 30, 2016 at 1 p.m. from Union Hill Baptist Church in Nashville with the Rev. Jackie Richardson officiating. Burial will follow in the Gardens of Gethsemane Cemetery.
Survivors include a son, Corey Arrington, of the home; five sisters, Carolyn Hardy, Mary Wright and her husband, James, Adaline Davis, Lorraine A. Somerville, all of Nashville and Thelma Moss, of Stantonsburg; two brothers, Louis Arrington, Jr., and George W. Arrington, of Dunn; four grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
An open visitation will be held on Thursday, December 29, 2016 from 3 until 7 p.m. at Richardson Funeral Home in Nashville.
