Dorothy K. Perry, age 93, of Rocky Mount, passed away on Thursday, February 2, 2017. Born in Wake County on June 17, 1923, she was the daughter of the late John Alfred Keith and Maude Myrtle Keith. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Otho Alton Perry; great-grandson, William Allen Carter; sisters, Ruby Stephenson, Lucille Thompson, Ruth Mae White, and Lottie Pearce; and brothers, Raymond Keith, Jack Keith, John Keith, and Graham Keith.
She is survived by two daughters, Sandra Cutts; and June Dawson and husband, Mike; three grandsons; eight great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held Monday, February 6, 2017 in the Chapel of Wheeler and Woodlief Funeral Home & Cremation Services with Rev. Bill Grisham and Rev. Larry Curtis officiating. A private burial will be held at a later time.
