Charles Eugene Moore, 72, passed away Monday, February 6, 2017. He was born April 25, 1944 in Nash County to the late Forrest and Mary "Biddie" Moore. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, David and grandson Joseph III.
He is survived by his wife of 24 years, Pennie Moore; two sons, Joe Moore (April) and Bryon Timberlake (Tiffany); one brother, Donald Moore (Elizabeth); one daughter-in-law, Reesa Moore; 6 grandchildren; two adopted grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held Wednesday, February 8, 2017 at 3 p.m. at Holly Grove Baptist Church of Spring Hope with Rev. Sean Lee officiating.
The family requests no flowers.
