Judith May McLoughlin Banks, age 78, passed away on Sunday, August 20, 2017. Born in Hartford County, CT on April 3, 1939, she was the daughter of the late Winslow McLoughlin and May Griswold McLoughlin. She was also preceded in death by her brothers, Paul McLoughlin and David McLoughlin; and sister, Marilyn DeLuco.
She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Cyril George Banks; daughters, Lisa Girard and Dawn Banks, both of Whitakers; 4 grandchildren; and her sister, Wendy Skeen.
Services will be held Sunday, August 27, 2017 at 2:00 PM at St. Andrew's Episcopal Church, 301 S. Circle Drive, Rocky Mount with the Father George Greer officiating. A visitation will follow the service.
