BONNIE BELL JOYNER

Bonnie Bell Joyner, 63, passed away Sunday, August 27, 2017. She was born December 17, 1953 in Edgecombe County to the late Preston and Modell Medlin Bell. In addition to her parents Bonnie was preceded in death by a twin brother, Bennie Bell.
She is survived by her husband, Malory Joyner; daughters, Melanie Medlin and husband James, Tonya Shaw, Robin Wood and husband James; son, Jeremy Sanders; 8 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; sister, Betty Jo Turner and husband Marvin; brothers, Donald Bell and wife Charlene, Barry Bell and wife Rena; step-son, Dale Joyner and wife Heather; step-daughter, Stacey Joyner; 3 step-grandchildren.
Services were held Tuesday, August 29, 2017 at Cornerstone Funeral Home with Rev Tim Andrews, Rev Tim Hopkins and Rev. Daniel Parker officiating. Burial was Wednesday, August 30, 2017 at Rocky Mount Memorial Park.
Arrangements by Cornerstone Funeral Home and Cremations, Nashville.
