Janice Rebecca Wood Matthews, 71, passed away Sunday, April 22, 2018. She was born January 22, 1947 in Nash County to the late Hillard and Beattie Cooley Wood.
She is survived by one son, Robert Daniel Matthews (Samantha); one daughter, Juanita Matthews (Fiance' Coy Martin Jr.); three brothers, Charlie, Doug, and David Wood; three sisters, Shirley Bass, Nellie Jones, and Ann Edwards; four grandchildren; grandchildren; three great grandchildren; three step-great grandchildren.
A visitation will be held Thursday, April 26, 2018 at 6 p.m. at Cornerstone Funeral Home, with a service following at 7 p.m. |
