NASHVILLE - Tiney P. Silver Lynch, 92, died on Friday, August 9, 2019.
Funeral services were held on Saturday, August 17, 2019 from the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church in Hollister with the Rev. Thomas Richardson officiating. Burial followed in the Pleasant Grove Church Cemetery.
She is survived by five daughters, Doris E. Avent and her husband, Leroy of Washington, DC, Joyce Avent of Rocky Mount, Geraldine Thorne and her husband, Kermit, of Oxon Hill, MD, Evelyn Brandt and her husband, Willie, of Rocky Mount, Carolyn Livingston and her husband, Jerry of Zebulon; 20 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren and 22 great-great-grandchildren.
