Annie Ruth Joyner Woodard, 85 of Bailey passed away Friday, December 27, 2019. Her funeral services were held Monday, December 30, at Joyner's Funeral Home, Wilson. Graveside service was hed Dec. 31 in Bailey Town Cemetery, Bailey. The Rev. Steve Edmundson officiated.

Annie is survived by her daughter, Cathy W. Casale and husband, Lewis Johnson of Bailey; six grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; son-in-law, Vance Lamm; two sisters and two brothers.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Millard Woodard; son, Donald Woodard and her daughter, Vicki Lamm.
