Derek Ashley Brown, passed away January 7, 2020. He was born July 24, 1977 in Nash County. He is preceded in death by his father Arthur Gerald Brown Sr.

He is survived by his fiancé Cristina Nieves; mother Lois Denton Brown; sisters, Glenda and Sharon Beasley, Laurie Stancell (George); brothers, Robert Radford and Arthur Brown Jr. (Amanda).

A visitation was held Saturday, January 11, 2020 at Cornerstone Funeral Home.
