BAILEY - Nancy Jo Barnes Burnette, 60, passed away Thursday, May 16, 2024. Funeral services were held Sunday, May 19, 2024, at Joyner's Funeral Home, Wilson. A graveside service was held May 20, 2024, in Bailey Town Cemetery, Bailey. Rev. Terry Freeman officiated.

Nancy Jo is survived by her son, Brandon Charles Earp; one grandchild; sister, Cindy Barnes Harrell; brothers, Jerry Q. Barnes, Jr. and wife, Jamie, John L. Barnes and wife, Kimberley, and James "JP" Barnes and wife, Melissa; her nieces and nephews; great nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Alan Lee Burnette; parents, Jerry Q. and Pattie Sue Barnes.
