Dorothy Marie Carpenter, age 81 of The Villages, Florida, formerly of Wilson, passed away June 11, 2024.

A service will be held at 12 p.m., Saturday, June 22, 2024, at Red Oak Grove Baptist Church, located at 6149 Old Smithfield Road, Bailey, (in the Stanhope Community). Interment will follow in the Rest Haven Cemetery, located at 1701 Bishop Ln Forbes St SE, Wilson.

A viewing will be held from 4-7 p.m., Friday, June 21, 2024, at William Toney's Funeral Home, 516 S. Poplar Street, Spring Hope.
