James Douglas House, 69, of Rocky Mount, passed away, Saturday, October 4, 2014. He was born June 9, 1945 in Greene County to the late Larry and Pauline Goff House. In addition to his parents Doug is preceded in death by two brothers, Wayne and Alton House, and one grandson.
Survivors include his wife, Alice Alford House, son, James Kevin House and wife Angie, step-son, Kenny Robbins and wife Jennifer, daughter, Kelly Parker and husband Thurman, step-daughter, Cassie Robbins, two brothers; Larry House, Jr. and wife Connie and Roger House, sister, Frances Carrico, twelve grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 8, 2014 in the Chapel of Cornerstone Funeral Home. Burial followed at Forest Hill Cemetery.
