William Marvin Lamm, 83, passed away Saturday, October 7, 2017. He was born March 11, 1934 in Nash County to the late Alfred and Beulah Cockrell Lamm. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by brothers Alton and Robin Lamm and a sister Lucille McCullen.

Marvin is survived by his wife Patricia Lamm; daughters Cynthia Louise Cox and husband Jarvis, Bonnie Lamm Joyner and husband Preston and Jo Ann Johnson and husband Larry; four grandchildren; three great grandchildren; sisters Barbara Capell and Hilda Parrish and husband Junior.

The visitation will be held 6 pm-8 pm on Monday, October 9, 2017 at Cornerstone Funeral Home. The service will be at 11 am on Tuesday, October 10, 2017 at Cornerstone Funeral Home with Rev. Richard Price officiating. Burial will follow the service at Rocky Mount Memorial Park
