SPRING HOPE - Paul Eugene Bottoms, age 80, passed away on Saturday, March 16, 2024. Born in Nash County on October 3, 1943, he was the son of the late Ernest Eugene Bottoms and Esther Quick Bottoms. He was also preceded in death by his daughter, Emily Bottoms.

Paul is survived by his wife of 47 years, Judy Bottoms; his sons, Paul Eugene Bottoms Jr. of Spring Hope, Michael Thurman (Sharmon) of Garner; six grandchildren; six great grandchildren; sisters, Ann Williams (Richard), Vivian Williams, Dixie Howell; brothers, E.C. Bottoms, Robert Bottoms, and Thomas Bottoms.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 23,2024 at 11 a.m. at Stanhope Baptist Church 4147 W NC Highway 97, Spring Hope, with Pastor Paul Mitchell officiating.
