Shelby Jean Green, 87, passed away Sunday, January 19, 2025. She was born March 31, 1937 in Nash County to the late Johnnie and Annie Jones Wall. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Charlie R. Green.

She is survived by two sons, Kenneth Paul Green (Michelle) and Jamie Allen Green (Cathy); daughter, Laura Jean Denton (John); brother, Preston Wall (Pat), sisters, Hilda Taylor (James), Geraldine Bohne, and Ilene Cannon; 10 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren

A graveside service will be held Wednesday, January 22, 2025 at Spring Hope Memorial Garden with William Denton officiating at 2 p.m.
