Nashville's Planning Board is recommending town council deny a request to rezone property on Western Avenue for an apartment complex.
A lengthy joint public hearing was held on the request Wednesday night, with several neighboring residents speaking against the proposal.
The request was to rezone around 9.45 acres of property located at 608 Western Avenue from the R-10 (medium-density residential) zoning district to M-F (multi-family) zoning district.
