David Scott Smith, 40, passed away, Wednesday October 26, 2011. He was born March 30, 1971 in Wilson County.
He was preceded in death by his father, Edward Smith. He is survived by his mother Linda Jenkins of Wilson, one brother, Lynn Smith and wife April of Rocky Mount, one sister, Wendy Hopkins and husband Stuart of Wilson.
Funeral Service were held on Saturday October 29, 2011 at 3 p.m. at Thompson Chapel Pentecostal Holiness Church of Wilson with the Rev. Daniel Parker and Rev. Dan Jarrard officiating. Burial followed in Snow Hill.
