Linda Windham Jones, 70, passed away Wednesday October 31, 2012. She was born May 24, 1942 in Edgecombe County. Linda was preceded in death by her parents John and Pearl Ellers Windham, a son, Dennis A. Jones and a brother John R. Windham.

She is survived by her husband, Bobby Jones, son, Brian G. Jones (Linda), two sisters, Katheleen Campbell and Joanne Windham, and two grandchildren.         

A service was held Friday November 2, 2012 at Cornerstone Funeral Home. Burial was held at Pineview Cemetery.
