Douglas Eugene “Gator” Blaney, 53, passed away Saturday, February 23, 2013. He was born in Chemung County, NY May 30, 1959. He was preceded in death by his son, Jason.
He is survived by his wife, Kelly Dunkley Blaney; his mother Betty Morris; his sons, Doug, Jr., Shawn, Josh, Dylan and Cody; daughters, Angel and Jessica; brothers, William Strickland (Denise), Danny Strickland (Luanne); sisters, Brenda Paul (Robert) and Carol Middleton (Rick); and several grandchildren. The family will receive friends Wednesday, February 27, 2013 from 7-9:00 p.m. at Cornerstone Funeral Home, Nashville.
