Robert Ray Davis, 74, died Monday, July 28, 2014. He was born June 23, 1940 in Nash County.  Robert was preceded in death by his wife, Elmyra Walton Davis, a daughter, Elizabeth Darleen Davis and his brother, Billy Eugene Davis.
He is survived by a son, Robert Ray ‘’Robbie’’ Davis, Jr. and fiancée Donna Starling.
A graveside service was held Friday, August 1, 2014 at Rocky Mount Memorial Park with the Rev. Brandon Dees officiating.
Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to a charity of your choice.
