LOUISBURG - Funeral services for Edith Marie Joyner, 62, of Washington, D.C. (formerly of Louisburg), who died Sunday, Jan. 27, 2008, was conducted Sunday, Feb. 3, at Mt. Moriah Baptist Church, Louisburg, with Rev. Ratcliff officiating. Burial followed in the church cemetery.
Surviving: daughter, Tinita Moore of Washington, D.C.; son, Timothy Moore of Raleigh; sisters, Annie Mae Richardson of Hyattsville, Md., and Alma Jean Rittenhouse of Washington, D.C.; and five grandchildren.
