JAMES ROY ‘SHAD’ NARRON
James Roy ‘Shad’ Narron, 86, died February 17th, 2008 after a long battle with Alzheimer’s. He was born December 10, 1921 to the late Charlie F. Narron and Virginia Williams Narron.

He is survived by a daughter, Frances N. Proctor and husband Stephen T. Proctor and grandson, Michael T. Proctor of Elm City, one brother, Paul Narron of Elm City and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife Luddy Nines Narron and a sister, Hazel N. Holland.

Graveside services were held 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, February 19th, 2008 at Evergreen Memorial Gardens in Wilson. Flowers will be accepted or a donation to your favorite church, charity or Community Home Care & Hospice will be appreciated. Arrangements by Wheeler & Woodlief Funeral Home, Winstead Avenue, Rocky Mount, NC.
