Stanley Edward Manning, 82, passed away Tuesday, April 23, 2019. He was born February 25, 1937 in Pitt County to the late Jesse and Marie Bazemore Manning. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a son Dennis Manning.

He is survived by his wife of 55 years Peggy Manning; two daughters Pam Kennedy (William) and Theresa Denotter (Donald); one brother William J. Manning (Helen); four grandchildren.

Visitation with family and friends will be Sunday, April 28, 2019 from 2:00-3:00 PM at Cornerstone Funeral Home with funeral service to follow at 3:00PM in the Chapel with Rev. Gary Combs and Rev. Jonathan Combs officiating.
