ROCKY MOUNT - Edward "Ed" Jackson Bowden, age 81, passed away on Tuesday, May 26, 2020. Born in Nash County, NC on December 15, 1938, he was the son of the late Lewis and Pauline Bowden. He was also preceded in death by his loving wife, Patricia "Pat" Lynch Bowden.

Ed is survived in death by his son, Lewis Bowden of Whitakers; one grandson.

Graveside service will be held on Monday, June 1, 2020 at 12 noon, at Forest Hill Cemetery.
