PATTIE "IRENE" LANGLEY, PRIDGEN, THOMPSON

ROCKY MOUNT - Pattie "Irene" Langley, Pridgen, Thompson, age 87, passed away on August 15, 2020. She was born in Nash County on August 21, 1932 to Willie Elmer Langley and Pattie Barnes Langley. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husbands, William Pridgen and Henry Thompson; daughter, Jo Ann P. Massingill; sisters, Joyce L. Winstead and Catherine L. Whitley.

She is survived by her daughters, Sandra Thompson and her husband, Johnny; Ginger Stopher and her husband, Steven; seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; siblings, Melvin Langley (Betty Lou), Dennis Langley (Christina), Barbara Glover (Jerry), Rose Webb (Grover) and Steve Langley (Martha).

Memorial Contributions may be made to Free Will Baptist Children's Home, PO Box 249, Middlesex, NC 27557 or to The American Cancer Society, PO Box 22718, Oklahoma City, OK 73123 in memory of Irene Thompson.

Due to the COVID 19 pandemic, the family will have a private graveside service.
