MIDDLESEX - John Bartley Strickland, age 95, passed away December 1, 2020. John was the son of the late Floyd W. and Olzie P. Strickland.

He is survived by his wife of 73 years, Mary Boykin Strickland; daughter, Kathy Byrns and husband, Dale; son, Brooks Strickland; two grandchildren; one great-grandchild; sister-in-law, Catherine Strickland.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his two-year old daughter, Dianne; brother, Willis Strickland and sister, Gertrude Saunders.

There will not be a family visitation due to Covid-19, however you are welcome to stop by the funeral home on Thursday, December 3.

A graveside service will be held at Bailey Cemetery on Friday, December 4, 2020 at 11 a.m.
