Atlee Glenn Matthews, 89, passed away November 17, 2021. He was born September 18, 1932 to the late Tom and Nancy Green Matthews. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother Russell Matthews (Doris).

Atlee is survived by his wife of 64 years, Dorothy Matthews; son Darrell G. Matthews(Denise); daughter Dale Webster (H.B.); six grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; brother Wesley Matthews (Shelby).

A service was held November 20, 2021. Burial, private. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Mt. Zion Free Will Baptist Church, 1779 Mt. Zion Church Rd Nashville, NC 27856.
