STEVEN "STEVE" MARVIN HOWELL

MOREHEAD CITY - Steven "Steve" Marvin Howel passed away on December 24, 2021. He was born September 20, 1949 in Nash County to the late Jesse Marvin Howell and Juanita Bloodworth Howell of Rocky Mount. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Deborah Winters Howell, they were married for 46 years.

He is survived by his two sons, Jonathan Howell (Kristal) of Boone and David Howell (Meredith) of Raleigh; 2 grandchildren; brothers Stanley Howell of Harkers Island and Philip Howell (Karol) of Pamlico County; sister-in-law Linda Ennis of Rocky Mount; one niece and numerous nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 30, 2021 at 11 a.m. in the Chapel of Wheeler & Woodlief Funeral Home & Cremation Services. Burial will follow the service at Rocky Mount Memorial Park. Visitation with the family will be from 10 - 10:45 a.m. prior to the service at Wheeler & Woodlief Funeral Home.
