MALVIN ARCHER QUINCY, SR.

Malvin Archer Quincy, Sr., 81, passed away Thursday, January 13, 2022. He was born June 25, 1940 in Edgecombe County to the late John and Mabel Archer Quincy. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Betty Jo Quincy; son Robert Williams, daughter Tina Michelle Quincy, and brother Lloyd Harper.

He is survived by his sons Richard Quincy (Gina Prince) and Malvin Quincy Jr. (April); adopted son Steve Pearson; daughter Donna Kermon; brother Leonard Quincy (Laura); sister Mary Harper; 9 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; daughter-in-law Susan Barnhill.

Visitation with family and friends will be Tuesday, January 18, 2022 from 6:30-8 p.m. at Cornerstone Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held Wednesday, January 19, 2022 at 12:30 p.m. at Rocky Mount Memorial Park.
