ROCKY MOUNT - Ken Sutton, age 77, passed away on Sunday, January 16, 2022. Born in Nash County on November 9, 1944, he was the son of the late Kenneth Manget Sutton, Sr. and Hattie Mildred Cottle Sutton.

Ken is survived by his wife, Cheryl Pittman Sutton of Rocky Mount; his daughter, Amanda Hooks (Jay) of Rocky Mount; his 3 grandchildren.

A Celebration of Ken's Life will be held on Wednesday, January 19, 2022 at 2 p.m. in the Chapel of Wheeler & Woodlief Funeral Home & Cremation Services. Burial will follow the service at Rocky Mount Memorial Park. Visitation with the family will be from 1:00-1:45 p.m. prior to the service.
