Anthony Tobias "Toby" Wall

Rocky Mount - Anthony Tobias "Toby" Wall, age 66, passed away on Sunday, January 23, 2022 Born in Wake County, NC on June 14, 1955, he was the son of the late Vance D. Wall and Murial "Joy" Lloyd Wall. He was also preceded in death by his wife of 44 years, Angela Wall.

Toby is survived by his brothers, Chandler Wall and his wife, Melanie, and Darrin Wall both of Rocky Mount; his sisters, Beverly Barnes and her husband, Donald, and Christie Rowland and her husband, Billy, both of Rocky Mount; many nieces and nephews; and several brothers-in-law.

A Funeral Service to celebrate Toby's life will be held on Thursday, January 27, 2022 at 10:30 AM in the Chapel of Wheeler & Woodlief Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 1130 N. Winstead Avenue, Rocky Mount, NC 27804, with Rev. Dave Groggin officiating. Burial will follow the service at Rocky Mount Memorial Park. Visitation with the family will be from 9:30 AM to 10:15 AM prior to the service inside the Atrium of Wheeler & Woodlief Funeral Home and Cremation Services.

In Lieu of Flowers, memorials may be made in honor of Toby's life to the ALS Association local chapter or certified clinic of choice by visiting www.alsa.org or via mail to The ALS Association Gift Processing Center, P.O. Box 37022, Boone IA 50037-0022. ALS or Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis, more commonly known as Lou Gehrig's Disease, is a progressive neurodegenerative disease which affects nerve cells in the brain and spine and is 100% fatal.
