BATTLEBORO - Bruce Wood Mizelle Morris, age 88, passed away June 10, 2023. She was born June 6, 1935 in Wake County, daughter of Eddison and Virginia Wood. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Jim Mizelle, II; brother, Tommy Wood.
She is survived by her children, Ginger Griffin (Randy) of Zebulon and Eddie Mizelle (Genia) of Rocky Mount; five grandchildren, great-grandchildren; three; one niece; several cousins and other extended relatives.
A memorial service will be held Friday, June 16, 2023 at 1 p.m. at NorthSide Church, 1660 Beaver Pond Drive, Rocky Mount. The family will receive friends prior to the service beginning at 12 p.m. |
