ZEBULON - Judith Bibb Overbay, age 74, passed away on Tuesday, June 13, 2023. Born in Oakland County, MI on September 29, 1948, she was the daughter of the late Arvin Beckham Bibb and Sylvia Marie Bates Bibb. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Marvin Lewis Bibb.

Judith is survived by her husband, Robert Lucas Overbay; her daughter, Lori Russell and husband Bobby; her son, Richard Mullins; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life Service to celebrate Judith's life will be announced at a later date.
