NASHVILLE - Rex Keel, Sr., age 83, passed away Wednesday, June 14, 2023. He was born on August 29, 1939 to Raymond and Maggie Aman Keel. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings: Annie Higgins, Loretta Brock, and Bobby Keel.

He is survived by his wife of sixty-three years, Nadine Keel; son, Lynn Keel; daughter, Sharon Keel (Mark Blaylock); four grandchildren.

A graveside service was held June 17, 2023 at Rocky Mount Memorial Park, Rocky Mount.
