BAILEY - Laura Gray Denton Stott, age 91, passed away Sunday, July 23, 2023. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Stott; granddaughters, Sarah Curtis and Tiffany Stott; two brothers and two sisters.
She is survived by her daughters, Jean Denton of the home, Debbie Curtis (Ricky) of Bailey, Lori Poythress (Mark) of Bailey; sons, Steve Stott (Anne) of Bailey, Willard Stott (Denise) of Boones Mill, VA; seven grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held July 26, 2023 at Shingleton Funeral Home with the Rev. Gerald Parker officiating. Interment followed at Bailey Town Cemetery. |
