NASHVILLE - Funeral services for Peggie Whitaker Williams, age 85, who died on Wednesday, August 2, 2023, will be held on Wednesday, August 9, 2023 at 1 p.m. from the Union Hill Baptist Church in Nashville. Burial will follow in the Union Hill Church Cemetery.

She is survived by one daughter, Bonaga Renee Drake of the home; one son, Morial Whitaker (Azeree) of Durham; one sister, Lorene Allen of Nashville; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

A viewing will be held on Wednesday, from 12:00 until 1:00 p.m. at Union Hill Baptist Church in Nashville.
