Cynthia Kennedy Waters, 54, passed away Saturday, August 5, 2023. She was born May 20,1969 in Forsythe County to the late George Kennedy and Hilda Jones.
She is survived by her husband, Charles Kenneth Waters, Jr.; son, Billy Boykin; daughter, Janiee Waters (fiance Hunter Smith); brother, Charlie Earl Kennedy; sisters, Phyllis Kennedy, Carolyn Mitchell (Doug), and Georgia Kennedy; one grandchild; grandmother ,Nellie Jones.
A service will be held August 19, 2023 (time and place to be announced by Cornerstone Funeral Home.) |
