ROCKY MOUNT - Timothy Leroy Murray, age 60, passed away on Saturday, September 16, 2023. Born in Nash County on December 22, 1962, he was the son of the late Elkins Christopher Murray.
Timothy is survived by his mother, Janice Patterson Jackson; his daughter, Brandy Murray Wedderien (Josh); his son, James Murray; three grandchildren; his brother, Randy Murray.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 21, 2023, at 2 p.m. in the Chapel of Wheeler & Woodlief Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Rocky Mount with Rev. Bill Brantley and Rev. Mike Stamper officiating. Burial will follow the service at Free Union Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery in Spring Hope. Visitation with the family will be from 1:00 p.m. to 1:45 p.m. prior to the service in the Atrium of Wheeler & Woodlief Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
