SILVER SPRINGS, MD - Frances O'Neal Williams, age 84, formerly of Louisburg, passed away on Thursday, September 21, 2023.
Services were held September 24, 2023 at New Liberty Baptist Church, Louisburg with Rev. Timothy J. Faison, officiating. Burial followed in the Evergreen Cemetery.
She is survived by two sisters, Della O. McCowan of Laurel, MD and Ella O. Bolden of Franklinton.; two bonus daughters, Melva Williams of Atlanta, GA and Kristen Chancellor (Gary) of Newark, DE; bonus son-in-law, Darwin Johnson of Gaithersburg, MD; two bonus grandchildren; one sister-in-law Bessie M. O'Neal; one Goddaughter; several nieces and nephews. |
