Funeral services for Rudolph "Rudy" Davis, age 87, who died on Sunday, November 12, 2023, will be held on Tuesday, November 21, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. from the Richardson Funeral Home Chapel in Louisburg with Rev. Sidney Dunston, officiating. Burial will follow in the Pleasant Grove Church Cemetery in Hollister.
He is survived by his wife, Dorothy Cyrus Davis of the home; one son, Reginald Davis (Monya) and one step-son, Anthony Davis, both of Plainfield, NJ; one grandson; one sister, Willisteen Davis Battle of Wilson; and three step-grandchildren.
There will be a viewing prior to the funeral on Tuesday from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at Richardson Funeral Home. |
