Richard Baxter, 78, passed away April 8, 2024. He was born August 5, 1945 to the late Lewis Rowland and Sarah Baxter. He is also preceded in death by his brothers Robert and Ronald Baxter.

Richard is survived by his wife of 58 years, Valerie Baxter; daughters Sara Baxter and Amy Septelka; 3 grandchildren; sisters Alyce Hanley and Rosalie Enos.

A military service with be held at the Arlington National Cemetery at a later date.
