BOBBY GRAY BRANNAN

NASHVILLE - Bobby Gray Brannan, 85, passed away May 18, 2024. He was born January 1939 in Selma, one of five children, to Joe Rene Brannan and Fannie Ophelia (Newsome) Brannan.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his brother Charles Brannan, his sister Alice Nowlin and grandchildren, Matthew, Jordan, and Isaac.

He is survived by his wife Linda Whitley Brannan; children Jeffrey Gray Brannan (Sonja) of Selma, and Patricia Brannan McClung (John) of Eureka, Illinois; 3 granchildren;; his sisters Martha Carraway and Ophelia Thompson.

A service was held May 28 at Cornerstone Funeral Home Chapel officiated by Pastor Scott Dodson, Nashville Methodist Church. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Nash County Senior Center/Home Delivered Meals program.
