Jackie Kay Dozier, 71, passed away Thursday, June 27, 2024. She was born July 1, 1952 in Edgecombe County. She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Lula Mae Cobb Roland; father, John Kelly Braswell; son, Thomas Ray Outlaw.
