BAILEY - Robert "Bobby" Fred Powell, 81, passed away Saturday, July 6, 2024.
Bobby is survived by his wife of 43 years, Rebecca Ann Powell; daughters, Cheryl P. McCoy of Bailey and Cindy P. Steele of Lapeer, Michigan; 5 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; and his brother, Frank Powell of Durham.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Angela Gayle Powell; son, Robert "Bobby" Hubbard, and his parents.
